The YMCA offers classes for any fitness level, from beginner to advanced.
Classes are for all ages from 13 to senior.
What You Need To Know
• We do not supply yoga mats for classes. You are advised to bring your own.
• Certain classes have limited space available.
• It is important to arrive early to guarantee your space in each class.
• Aqua classes are held throughout the week. Please see the pool schedule for official times.
• No outside footwear in fitness center, wellness center, cardio room or aerobic studio.
Footwear must be dry.
• No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the fitness centre.
• Teens 13-16 must have a weight-training course, offered by our qualified fitness instructors.
